I'm a builder with 5+ years across QA, front-end and Agile product leadership. I run CTSS LLC, a bootstrapped product studio: an exam-prep academy that more than doubles the national pass rate, a no-code academy platform, a dental ecosystem, special-education software and more. Underneath it all I'm a QA engineer — so everything I ship is quality-first.
Quality is not a phase. It's a mindset.
I've tested products at Yum! Brands, built a 10-person delivery team through 150+ interviews, hosted a 200+ episode podcast and designed a 6-month bootcamp that turns beginners into job-ready testers. Agile at heart, teacher by nature, founder by choice.
